a pretty watercolor business card

I was thrilled when Rich at Sterling Graphics and Printing asked me to design a business card for his daughter, a registered dietitian nutritionist. She had a very specific idea of what she wanted and even supplied the beautiful watercolor vegetable illustration (I believe this was found on Shutterstock - an excellent resource). Luckily, I got to bring out my own watercolor brushes to make the green/blue background on the flip side…otherwise I would have felt like I’d hardly done anything at all.

It's great when a client really knows what they want, and most times they do. They just need someone to put their idea into a functional piece, in the right file formats, etc. This can really cut down on design costs. She even picked out the font for her name and the “Eat Well. Live Well” tagline. Dream Client! :)
